English Teacher in TORROELLA DE MONTGRÍ (Girona)

We are a well-established English language school with two centres located in the beautiful northeast of Spain, in the villages of Torroella de Montgrí and Verges. Our school follows its own dynamic methodology, aligned with Cambridge standards, and we specialize in preparing students for official Cambridge exams.

We teach English to learners of all ages—from preschoolers (infantil) to primary and secondary school students, as well as adults. Our classes are small, with a maximum of 8 students per group, ensuring that learners are of a similar age and level for the best possible learning environment.

We are currently looking for a lively, easy-going, passionate, and enthusiastic English teacher who especially enjoys working with children. The ideal candidate will be flexible, open-minded, and eager to contribute to a small but highly professional and committed teaching team.

Both our centres are Cambridge Preparation Centres, and many of our students are working towards sitting official Cambridge exams. Several of our current teachers are also active as Cambridge invigilators and examiners.

Experience in Cambridge exam preparation a definite advantage, but not essential

REQUIREMENTS

• Native English speaker or non-native with an advanced level of English (C1/C2)

• TEFL/CELTA certification and/or a degree in Education or related field

• Experience preparing students for Cambridge exams is a strong advantage, but not essential

• Experience teaching children and teenagers is essential

• Basic computer literacy

• Committed, responsible, and eager to learn and grow professionally
